I have been a loyal customer for 28 years. I recently went to the Westport location and there was a new staff. This was the first time I ever experienced unprofessional treatment from a visit at Bank of America. The manager asked for my license, when I presented it she asked for another form of identification. I ask her what the problem was and she asked me what race I was and what I did for work. I was shocked and when another customer tried to defend me, they tried to shut her up. When I finally said I was going to close my account they decided to cash my check. This will be my last time with Bank of America.
