The bank manager Donna has been the most helpful person we've ever encountered at any BOA branch. She was wonderful in helping us resolve some account issues we were having. Wonderful branch.

They always have 1 or 2 people as tellers. Then they have this old nasty lady who is rude has no manners being bank manager, honestly should get fired or transferred. Her little side kick needs to go as well he was rude as well. What happen to the friendly people who used to work here. This place has gone cold in the past few years. Horrible experience.

The manager of this branch is the coldest, most unwelcoming person I have ever met. She is OLD school banking and needs to go. Renovate this dump and start with firing her.
