Recently moved accounts to BofA in Truckee.  I have found everything about the place and the people very warm, accommodating and helpful.  

They have figured a way to maintain a human connection that cuts through the limitations and requirements of the banking industry today.

Closing my account because the customer service is horrible at the Truckee Branch. Usually only 1 teller open. They never smile or greet you.
