Absolutely the worst banking experience ever. Long lines... I really feel sorry for the tellers. It is not their fault. Upper management trying to save a dime so they won't hire more people.. SAD

This branch truly sucks! I use it because i can walk there from my work. The lines are always long. They never have enough tellers working! Seriously 2 tellers working and 13 customers in line....hire more tellers!!!!

Although it's 11am, which mean the whole staff should be available. But intrestngly no one is available. 8 people waiting in a line to talk with one financial officer. All finencial officer offices are empty. I've been waiting here for more than 30 min to open an account. I'm not going to do that with them anymore.
