Always have to wait in a long line. One teller and a manager that doesn't help just keeps saying. "Thank you for you patients " 8 out of 10 times I visit this is what I get. Wells Fargo on 54 is so much better.

Worst service ever i have with bank, i m been customer since 2005, this crosstown staff are so rude, i have business and personal both account with you, i dont suggest no one to open bank of america account in this preachtree city bank
