Managers and tellers have been very helpful.  Card services is very good at spotting items that are out of usual.  Automated phone services is handy but computer does not  understand nonregional accents.  Usually use dial pad or get an associate. Usually long lines at begi nning of month.  I usually go to bank on Friday morning as soon after 9 am as possible.

Awful. Completely awful. 13 people in line in front of me on a Saturday morning.  one teller. When I asked the lady who finally came over to help  after 30 minutes why there weren't more tellers, she said  "only for Peak Saturdays". Seemed pretty Peak to me

Always end up waiting at least 15 mins because there is only 1 teller every time. But there are always 3 bankers with no one at their desks and people always greeting you at the door. There is no reason one girl should have to be the only teller when there are multiple people available who can help her out.

It doesn't matter what time you come into this bank that there isn't a line out the door. Making a deposit shouldn't be a 40 minute to an hour wait.

Needed some cash on a Saturday morning but the ATM was broke. Went inside and there was only one teller working,  waited 30 minutes in line before giving up as only 5 of the 10 people ahead of me had been helped.  Seriously BOA, one of the biggest Banks in the world, I think you can afford a second teller when the ATM does not work.
