Horrible Customer Service.... the teller named Hector is such a rude person on a power trip...when you have to run a business and then deal with idiots trying to give you a hard time over a deposit that another branch easily took.... Bank Of America needs to clean house and hire new people!!!

At least 6 times a year I wait in my car to get to ATM/teller assist machine and the wait time to speak to someone is forever and then the printer part of the ATM or the check insert part is not working. Then you need to go over to the next ATM and wait in line again. I do not have a account with them but my mortgage is with them. So I give them a 2 stars ONLY because the teller assist is open on Sunday

If I could give this bank a 0 I would . First they always have one person working the window and almost all of them have attitude . Customer service is just terrible 
Then the banks policies are ridiculous . Told that I could deposit my check today but I won’t have my money until the 11th which is a Wednesday remind you today is the 6th of October  . 5 freaking days later ?!! Seriously? 
Normally you should have it by the Monday because I understand that it’s Friday and it’s right before The weekend but for me to have my money almost a week later is ridiculous. .
Definitely leaving this bank

So, I had an appointment for 9 am.  This is the time they open.  I arrive at the bank and their are a ton of cars outside waiting to get inside.  Once the doors open, we go inside and get to the greeter.  Their are 3 people in the line ahead of me (all said they did not have an appt) and one by one they check them in and put them in the rooms with a bank attendant to help them.  It is my turn and notify them I have an appt, and they have the nerve to tell me that I have to sit and wait.  I had a 9 am appt and they attended other people BEFORE me!!  I am done with this bank... they have no respect for appointments nor their customers.  I am switching!!!
