one star only because you had to pick something.  I wouldn't give them any of that was a choice and write a review.  Closed all week.  Ridiculous. I get we had a hurricane but ALL the other banks are open.  How are people suppose to cash their checks? Not one bank of America open on the state of Florida. What are we suppose to do?

Came in just to get a piece of paper notarized 
Sat there for 45 mins 
Kept being told someone will be right with me in 5 mins
5 mins
5 mins 
Well 5 mins never came 
Had to end up leaving to go back to work 
Apparently only one person in the whole bank can notarize something 
This is now my  2nd time back and am being told once again that my wait will be long

The drive up atm almost never accepts deposits which is literally the only thing I ever come to the bank for. Stupid location.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE BANK. GO ELSEWHERE OR YOUR MONEY WILL BE TAKEN OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT. HAD THEM TAKE $180 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND THEY GAVE BACK $60 AS A "COURTESY THAT WASNT NECESSARY". GO TO A CREDIT UNION. AVOID BANK OF AMERICA LIKE THE PLAGUE.
