The ATM lane is extremely narrow. I couldn’t even get my truck through without scraping my mirrors on the columns.

Between the old reviews and the one posted a few weeks ago there were no bad reviews and the Clemson branch was the top branch in the region. (Over a year and a half of being on top) Due to cut backs in staff and change over of staff in the last 4 months, of all but 3 members (Manager, Personal Banker and one Teller) .... everyone else is new. Despite this Katerina (The manager) is striving to train and develop her team and get back to being the best BOA branch in the tri-state area.

Not helpful at all!!! The people in this bank are very rude and they do not treat customers professionally.

The Bank of America in Clemson is EXTREMELY slow.  If I have to do something as simple as cashing a check on my lunch hour it takes my entire lunch break and I work only 5 minutes from the branch.  For example, there was 1 car in the drive through line today.  I went inside the bank, waited for 15 minutes behind 3 people then decided to just go to the ATM.  I went around to the ATM, made a deposit and a withdrawal and by the time I pulled away that one car that I had seen at the drive through 20 minutes prior was just pulling out of the drive through.  And it's not just a one time occurance, it's all the time.  I have literally spent 30 minutes cashing one check.  I'm considering switching banks because of this.
