Bank of America is the most inefficient bank in the country on the west coast as well as the southeast. Video teller hardly ever works or malfunctions by taking your deposit.(with no receipt or credit for the deposit) Lines inside are always reaching out the door. Go back to the basics bofa. You can’t replace people with machines and technology when it comes to customer service. On line banking is great but for a bank this size we shouldn’t have to sacrifice a warm person. We should definitely have the best of both worlds.

Worst Bank of America center in my whole life. I tried to reissue my debit card because I lost it. At that time, my phone was broken. So before I request for reissue my card, I tell bank teller about my situation. He said if I can not reply his question, he cannot reissue my card. Also he told me that If I can not answer his question correctly , my account will be block. His question was how much money did I spent last time, Where did you use your card in last time,  How much money did you deposit in last time. Seriously? Who knows that question’s answer exactly? Furthermore, I visited other bank of America centers for reissue my card several times and no one ask to me like that! So what did I do? I went other bank of America center and I reissue my debit card. I told to them my phone was broken and they said it does not matter to reissue my card if I bring my identity document. I am so mad to this center. If I can give 0star, I want to give 0 star.

Kathleen is the absolute best Teller I have ever encountered in my life . She is kind and filled with compliments . I want to come here just to feel good about myself without making any transactions . :)

The teller behind the counter was excellent; however, the branch manager, deoderanta's, attitude was no good. The teller even asked for some help making a call to get an approval on my check and she said "no, you can do it", while the line was building up behind me and she was doing nothing but greeting customers. My check had been cut that morning and when the teller mentioned this to the manager/greeter she said oh well I'm 99% sure we won't be able to get an approval on this. The teller called anyways, there was an approval. Overall the attitude shown by the manager / greeter left a bad taste in my mouth, but the teller was great, I wish I could remember her name!
