The worst boa I’ve ever been to. I tried to make a wire transfer which needs approval from their manager, I went there twice and it was about 10:30 in the morning, their manager is never there. I suggest BOA headquarters rethink about firing this irresponsible manager!

DON'T go to this branch. This is the worst BOA branch I ever visited. The manager ignored the waiting line and keep chatting with the employees. 12 windows and only 2 windows opened in peak hour. I have simple deposit and waiting time was 45 mins.

Ive seen locals, friends, family, cousins, acquaintances, relatives, and relationships of any kind favored over actual appointments.  I will never bank with bofa one day.  This branch twice has ignored me to serve someone else.  I need a replacement card.  Now Im getting a replacement bank.

Many BofAs are slow, but this one is the absolute worst. Take this morning for example. I needed to withdraw money from my checking account. There were only 3 people in line in front of me. I must've waited for a good 30 minutes before I could see a teller. There must be 12 or 13 bank teller slots. THERE WAS ONLY 1 TELLER WORKING. That bank teller had 2 people standing behind her. They were probably managers. One employee was standing near the entrance of the bank doing nothing. 2 young ladies were walking together, asking people who were already in line what they were there doing at the bank. There were also several more employees walking around. Guess what they were doing? Nothing. How low of a rating can this certain Bank of America receive before it shuts down?
P.S...No, I don't want your credit card. I will be switching banks within the next 2 months.
