I have been doing business with BOA for 10 years and I never had a worst customer assistance. They never offered me a solution to my inquiry not even after talking to a Manager.  Wasted my time here. Went to another location and problem solved.

Bank of America is banished from my life forever having been my bank since it became a company. The very worst.

So bard !!! Have more them 7 peoples on the line , only one teller to take care the people !
And they open at 9am close at 4pm ! They think everyone don't have to work ??? That is why I am not banking with them ...😩😩😩😤

2nd time at this location and they are as unhelpful as they can get! 3 tellers that did not know about bank service and could not withdraw the amount of funds needed because they don't open the vault on Saturdays. Really?
