I have never experienced horrible service at this location.
Be careful in going through the parking lot the entrance from Ford can lead into the lot without visibility to persons coming out of the bank who are not caring about the driveway even when the entering vehicles are not speeding.
The lot and walk way stay serviced and clear. The location is lighted nicely in the evening.

I've been banking with Bank of America for years. I have visited many locations around the United States,  but nothing like this location  they all have a rude demeanor  and unpleasant attitude with no motivation to work. They absolutely have no idea what customer service is. Never properly greeted to say the least the branch manager yumna faraj is the most ignorant and unprofessional person I have ever encountered she disclosed my full information abruptly and to top it off she threw my change on the counter. I most certainly will not be coming back for business at this specific location.

I've been with Bank Of American for quite some time now. I've visited branches all over the United States. This one is the worst!  Rude, and unmotivated to help. Useless they see a opportunity to take advantage of you. Which I witnessed while standing in line. They forced an elderly person to open an account. You can see he was clearly confused. Then when I stepped to the teller. She had a unpleasant demeanor. There was no hello how may I help you There was just, "yes".  I didn't approach her in any negative manner. I was dressed in a suit not that that should matter. And unfortunately this is my second time visiting this branch and experience in this type of treatment. Next time I'll go a few miles down the road and do my business there. She didn't even bother to ask me how I wanted my money she just handed it to me. And then showed an attitude when I said that I wanted my money and a specific denomination.

The place sometimes gets overcrowded for the amount of people working their that slows service down but the lady in the window has very good customer service and always extremely nice and helpful
