Slow as usual. Usually only 1 teller available with 4 teller desks open.

Slow business and it's not crowded. Don't bother setting an appointment it won't expedite your service time. I made an appointment and still had to wait 40 minutes. As a loyal Bank of America customer for the last 10 years this is the last straw
