Look at  about 20 minutes or longer when doing any kind of transaction. Unmotivated incompetent staff, no drive through, they shut it down a few years for whatever reason. Avoid this bank!

I have beeen in this branch over a hour just to open a account. I am still waiting this is unbelievable. How does a banker can not open a personal account. 😈😈😈😈

This bank is a joke! Its Christmas season so why are there only 2 tellers open and the 2 machines they have inside of the bank do not work properly.  I wasted soooo much time at this branch today! I only waited it out because i am paying rent directly into an account. I don't bank with BOA and I never will after this experience!!!
