After waiting in line for about 10 minutes behind a lady making multiple cash deposits I was told to make my cash deposit at the ATM because it would be faster. Poor service, I am in the process of canceling my accounts with BofA.

My mom had bad experiences twice here, and she is generally a pleasant lady. The latest time the man behind the counter was rude and tried to make her feel bad for not having all her funds with them. When I say rude, I mean direct, in your face, "What are you going to pull your money out and put it with another bank?!" rude. Her answer: from the looks of your service, yes.
