The hours are abysmal, and for some reason during operating hours when you want to enter through the door with the ATM you still need to swipe your card.  Ridiculous.  I occasionally have to come in and their are lines, which considering this is the main bank in Syracuse is really not excusable.  

Note that parking is in the lot behind the building.
