Disorganized,  don't know who's responsible for what. Simple address change on 04/22/17 10am, saturday. Not really busy. Tellers pointed me to the people sitting in the offices. 1 other person was already waiting there so I also took a seat. No sign in sheet whatsoever,  (I looked). I figured the people in the offices would step out and take the waiting people one at a time who were sitting on the red bench.  Waiting there for 10 -15 minutes another person walked in only to be helped right on the spot by the tall guy in glasses from one of the offices. WTF?!?  That's not cool. Totally disorganized. PhoKS all the patiently waiting folks.  Wasn't gonna raise a ruckus there so I just left. Had this same exprience before.  People's names would get crossed off the sign in sheet by one of the workers. Probably thought that person had already been seen. Lady whom was waiting ahead of me left after 30 minutes. Thought to myself "yes,  just moved up the list!" A lady came by and crossed off her name, and also mine. Thats not cool. Please perform a roll call before doing that and check on the people whom are waiting there, only proper business etiquette.

Friendly staff. At least this people know that they are doing. 
Long wait time.? 
Do you know any bank that Doesn't have wait time.... it's just how things work, make peace with it...

Waiting forever and a day to close an account here. Disorganized. Moving to a credit union because of their predatory policies.

Horrible bank. Do not do business with them for any reason. They will take advantage of you.

Terribly slow. Weak staff with mediocre competence. Waste of time vs north hollywood branch just down the street.
