Not the best bank in the area. You spend at least 20 minutes waiting in line.

Absolutely ridiculous place full of workers only making you waste your time. I came to do a legit transaction and was extremely upset on how idiotic these workers handled customers. I literally wasted my time when I could have done more important things like depositing my LEGIT and REAL Check. I had to come back after being rejected and had to bring my social, birth certificate, and other personal info just to be rejected once again for depositing a my check. I left and went more north on Main Street up to the other Bank of America closer to Stop & Shop. I had NO ISSUES to deposit my check which has my NAME on it when it was printed and the people are much more friendly towards you and professional! Absolutely awful place avoid at all costs because they are slow and all the other works rely on a manager who doesn't even know where she works. That manager is definitely the worst one in the area and I recommend anyone to go more North on Main Street in Bridgeport and go to the Bank of America in the plaza pretty close to the other plaza with the Stop & Shop and the Subway Restaurant.
