Only one teller. Looked like they are doing some construction. I hate waiting.

Set an appointment and checked in. Two others that sat down after me were seen before me. I asked the person I checked in with and she just stood there. The manager told me that my appointment was never made even the front desk showed me my appointment time on her computer screen. When caught in his lie he literally just walked away. No apology was ever given and I never completed my banking. Do not ever go to this branch. They do not value their customers or their positions.

I think its pretty crazy that everyone who reviewed this store said they had bad customer service because when I went into the bank I was helped right away and help me with my fees and talking to me about saving. Manager helped me out with all my questions.

Worst customer service. Stood in line for 15 min behind one person while the manager behind me was playing games on his phone. Wish I could give zero stars

No one ever answers the phone there...even when I'm calling 5 minutes after they open. Also...why do they open at 10 even on weekdays?!
