I have a good relationship with this bank and am generally happy with the staff.  They are friendly, courteous and helpful. I do a lot of on-line banking as a small business owner and these services pretty good.   What is bad about this branch is that it closes early at 4 PM, has eliminated the drive up window on Saturday's and doesn't give the dog a biscuit when the drive up window is open.  Yep, its gone to the dogs!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. The teller was the worst. I highly recommend doing your banking elsewhere. Don't bother trying to call the branch to talk to a manager because no one EVER answers the phone. Just awful all around.

Very disappointed.  First trip I stopped by to ask what paperwork I would need to open a business account.  Second trip I brought all necessary paperwork to set up the account.  Was told I had to wait 24 hours to set up online banking via 800#.  Two days later called the 800# to set up on-line banking to find out the branch did not properly copy my business docs necessary to prove I have at least 50% ownership.  Third trip I had to go back to the branch so they could copy my docs to prove ownership.  Hard to believe Warren Buffet bought into this bank.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Went in and they only had ONE teller working a line. Unacceptable! Not to mention teller that was working was super slow. Need faster & friendlly staff!!!

This branch was not even close to being helpful. "Julie" was the apathetic witch that I spoke with when I asked about an issue with my account. The woman could not have been more daft. When I asked who the manager was, she claimed she was the manager. It was then I realized this was a damned Bank of America branch where anyone can be a manager. A cat turd would have been more helpful than she was. I hate that I have to put even ONE star on this review. Stay away from this location...And Julie.
Oh, I called the 800# after I left and they corrected my account in 10 minutes after Julie said it would take a day. Her supervisor is Lisa...I did not meet her. I hope she picks a better manager next time.
