Love BOA but this branch is awful .. the women Joana was supposed to change my address and send me a new card she said she did, and my temp is now expired I called customer service and they told me the address was never updated and a card was never even sent out .. now I'm here at the bank on my lunch break trying to get a new temp card ! Horrible service I've been waiting for 15 mins already !! Need more educated people that actually know how to work a damn computer !! I looked like an idiot at Dunkin this morning when my card was declined ... Erica took care of me today getting my new temp such a nice women !!
