I had just gone to the bank, in order to get a replacement debit card that got lost. I was talking to Victoria Hoy, and she told me that she couldn't replace my card due to, the fact that I couldn't remember my last transaction. Despite bringing multiple forms of identification as well as my social security card. What in the hell is the Banks problem?

I would never ever go there again. Worst bank ever!!! I was doing a wire transfer of 66K and they told me they have to verify the funds that i have it in my account before doing the wire trasfer and i have to wait an hour. Are you serious????

The branch is great-very nice professional staff.  

Bank of America is a  fee grabbing bank who always puts their interests before its customers.  I would not do any business with BofA.  But if you must...I would choose this branch.
