Horrible customer service. Walked in to get new debit card and was a free agent tried to talk with him but he roundly pointed towards the lobby telling me I have to wait there!! No one was in line and he wasn't on phone nor anyone with him!!! Waited 25min before someone came and saw me. He wasn't busy at all!! And it only took 8min to get new card. If he only took the time to do his job and provide decent customer service I would not have written this review.

The absolute slowest bank I've ever been to. It's one thing to be super slow, it's another to not care at all about your customers. There is "NO SENSE IF URGENCY" here whatsoever. As a business owner, I was astounded to count 8 employees behind the counter and only 2 working as tellers. An additional 5 employees were at the sales platform/loan area. There were 10 customers in line waiting, very upset to just go to a teller. I looked around in shock as I locked eyes with all of the employees over a 30 minute period. Not once did they offer to help anyone in line. Instead, 3 guys (2 of whom were managers) were jut chumming it up and laughing behind a cubicle...in plain view of everyone. Another girl walks in casually carrying a tray of iced coffees from Starbucks and begins to pass them out to tellers, socializing with each of them....all while customers were more than politely waiting. There is absolutely "NO CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS" at this bank. It's painfully obvious. I will never return and will tell all whom I know about this shameful bank. "0" Customer Service. "0" sense of urgency. "0" respect t for anyone. What a "self-serving" bank. 100% egocentric and without apology. Repulsive at best.

This was the only place out of 10 I called who knew what I needed and knew what exactly had to be done. Friendly staff. When I arrived it was a bit unfriendly. No one greeted me and asked what i was here for. Otherwise gold starts.

I walked into the branch today and recieved awesome service from Frank and Alicia.. I returned later in the afternoon and was helped promptly. I was welcomed by more than one employee but something that left a lasting impression was the fact that Alicia greeted me by name! Great job B of A!
