Convenience location and line is not long. 
Poor customer service. The manager has the responsibility to waive fees for customer when requested, but she told me she wouldn't do it. I had to call corporate to waive the fee and file complaint.

服务态度极差 经理是个年纪比较大的女性 感觉我们去银行取钱像是再取她的钱 我想用零钱换点整钱 服务台的女士已经同意 可是她走了过来却又拒绝 我的英文不好 没有和她理论 感觉她有种族歧视的可能性 我是永远不会再去这家银行办理业务 而且很有可能会因为她的行为 让我关闭美国银行的账户
