Had the experience of waiting in a line literally out the door on a Friday which is a high volume day and they have one one teller available to help customers. One of the bank reps had her shirt unbuttoned so far down you could see past the bottom of her bra. This establishment of the pinnacle of professionalism (sarcasm). There are plenty of other banks in the area that provide the same services. I suggest you look elsewhere.

Worst experience!!! Customer service is not professional at all! I had been banking with Bank of America since 1994, back then it was a different Bank name "Nation Bank" I went in & ask a questions on my account & the wonderful representative was not very polite, I ask her I have a few questions on my account & deposit slip order. She did not review my account or sit down with me at all. Standing at there I told her I wanted to order deposits slip but I'm having problem & unable to order it on line so ordered checks, usually it come with deposits slip. I didn't expected to order 120 checks and only have 4 deposits slip. Guess what she tell me, you can order it online. Yes but I'm unable to click on the deposit slip order on line there must be a problem with the site. She told me again sorry Honey, you just have to order it on line & walk away. "Hello, I told you I was unable to order it" she didn't bother to assist to order it on her desk or have someone help me order it. So I just went to a different branch & they order it for me & it was free too! Very upset this branch.

Debateable advice, and Jose is so very slow. Realize it's a requisite, he was solo and should not have been, yet the customer service is terrible among banks. No cross-training and a line should not be so long in the free world.

Often understaffed with long lines. Also very rude management. I needed help with a few issues and Joanne was very rude and unprofessional to me at the branch. I will not go there again.
