This establishment should be permanently closed for poor customer service. I waited half an hour and got no service. The employee who was supposed to serve me was running around the whole time asking people for chargers and fooling around. If there are 100 customers in the bank they will have one teller open for whatever reason. i would give zero stars if that was an option.

This is one of the worst banks in the area, no matter what day it is and how many people are in line the bank has only 1 teller to take care of everyone, it's worse than being in line at motor vehicles, Managers won't do anything to help the situation either, they would just stand up with a big dumb smile knowing there's 15 people in line and 1 teller. Stay away from this bank.

Would love to judge the customer service experience, but never had the opportunity...as I waited over 45 minutes for a document to get notarized. They need more employees for sure.
