Receptionist was not very friendly.  It seems as though they are not able to schedule employees efficiently.

What's the point of a bank if they can't even give 20$ in quarters without a required account.. Usually go to chase but was in a rush to get some change for my business.

First off, I am not and have never been a huge fan of Bank of America because of the way they treat their customers.  That being said, I have my credit card accounts there that I am trying to pay because they have fairly low interest rates.  This teller at this location gave me the worst customer service ever.  He was very rude when calling me up to the counter.  I told him that I was paying this credit card.  He then seemed like I was an inconvenience to him that I had to deal with him.  The branch is under renovations so it is next to impossible to find out where the inside tellers are.  There needs to be some form of sign directing where their customers need to go.
