Terrible customer service. Consistently. Every time I go in there I come out in a bad mood. This time, I was trying to get a temporary debit card while I was waiting for my replacement in the mail. To do so I had to meet up with a banker. This banker had a plate on her desk signifying that she was the "Relationship Manager."

She didn't say hello, she didn't ask how I was, she waited about 5 minutes to ask me how she could help. This was only after rudely asking me security questions, with no thank you for answering or explaining why she was asking me these questions. Of course, I know it's protocol to ask these questions and I have no problem answering them, but where is the courtesy of being friendly about it? Where's the explanation? Every other customer service rep I've encountered tells you it's for security, they ask you how your day is, they make small talk. They do something to make it feel like they want to be there and they want to help you.

This "Relationship Manager," Milly Vasquez, did nothing of the sort. The only words that came out of her mouth were to get the job done. No common courtesy's, hardly even any eye contact or a smile. If this branch truly wants to create strong relationships with their customers, they need to reevaluate their staff. That was just rude and awkward and if I didn't have great experiences at every other branch it would make me consider a new bank. At the least I'll be taking my business to a different branch from here on. I hope these guys can get their act together. 

It's unfortunate because I could literally walk to this branch, yet don't feel valued as a customer there and will therefore hop in the car to go elsewhere.

PEOPLE READ THIS TO THIS NOT HAPPENED TO YOU.do not ever open account on this branch , horrible customer service . they will hold your deposit up to 7 days. my home branch is Robertson wilshire and i am 100% satisfied and i recommend you even if it make you go extra mile use Robertson wilshire and never use this branch specially never open new account on this branch.
PS, i was looking for minus infinity but unfortunately one star is best i could find.

this is a really frustrating branch with consistently slow and terrible service. i don't understand why they don't hire more employees to meet branch demands. it's baffling. i'm a loyal BoA customer but if you are trying to do anything beyond making a deposit or a quick withdrawal (heads up: even that probably won't be quick), i suggest going to any other BoA branch to save yourself time and ibuprofen.
