BOA tried to help but frankly I did not care at all for the tone and feedback I received regarding my inquiries. Being a corporate professional myself I would recommend to the staff that saying you want to help and actually being helpful are two different things. I understand sometimes you have to say "no" to a customer but if so it needs to be delivered in the right manner. I will not use this location again and will seriously consider dropping my BOA accounts for a more customer-centric bank. I guess when you are at the top of the heap from an asset standpoint you can stop trying. Very frustrating.
