We had a FEMA check that needed to be endorsed from flood damage and we have our house financed with bank of America( for now soon to change ).  We sat there for 2 hours only to hear over the phone during a call to corporate to cash the check. Then we went to the counter and because we don't have a checking account they could not cash it and we would have to send it into corporate  ! 2 hours later we still dont know any more than we did when we arrived.  The manager was a total ass, the associate we worked with had no clue what he was doing and we still don't have any idea what we need to do to get our money !

It takes 20 minutes to make a deposit every time I go. On Fridays, there are only 2 ladies working and only 1 lane open at the drive-thru. The bank canister machines have been 'out of service' for months

One of the slowest banks you'll ever go to. Line was out the door on a Monday at 10:00. Terrible terrible service.

The wait time here is ridiculous.  Get more employees. I sit in the line at least 25 minutes every time I come to this location.

Don't really understand why their hours are 9-4. That's crazy. Most people work!
