Went twice this week and no one would come to the drive up window either time. Inside a person was greeting but it seems like staffing would have been better allocated as an additional teller.

It was a great visit there - extremely friendly, extremely supporting - they helped us excellent with our problem. We have a closer BoA near us but they are impolite and partly rude. So we prefer to go in future to Green Hills BoA because all our business is handled there so much better (even if we have to drive 30 min) Thank you to all of you for such a great service - we appreciate that very much

The tellers at this branch are always very friendly and very helpful. I have another branch closer to my home but go out of my way to come to this one because of it's great customer service.
