Worst management, literally 10 people in line, I counted six bankers all fiddling their thumbs as we waited in line for over 20 mins, two people left, I also left from waiting too long. Don't waste your time on this branch, two people literally made plans to switch over to us bank that day.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Not on one occasion, but three separate incidents. I talked to the manager and received an unwillingness to even try to assist in some way. I was asked, "Do you have any other bank accounts elsewhere? Like Wells Fargo? Maybe you can cash your check there"? The check was written off a bank of america account!!

Can not speak directly to anyone in branch phone system is a joke what a run around ,wait time over fifteen mins ,whatever happen to customer service where you actually talk to a real person and have received real results sorry dissatisfied in an institution this large .
