As a business merchant, you actually have to wait longer than the regular line.  Try the Wells Fargo Bank next door.

It's my second visit to this bank, and I'm no happy with their services the teller Samantha was very rude. I said hello when I approached her and she just looked up at me with a very rude eyes and she didn't say nothing, few seconds later she said sorry it's a long day. 
In my personal opinion the tellers should have more customer service skills, because remember we are the clients and because of us you have a job.

Worst Bank of America ever!  Every time I go to this location the line is literally out the door while they have tellers standing around doing nothing.
