I HAVE ACTUALLY BEEN HERE 3-4 times . was able to get a duplicate bank card within 10-15 mins. ALSO MADE EASY & QUICK WITHDRAWALS WITHOUT BANK CARD USING ID. SERVICE WAS POLITE & COURTEOUS..............SECURITY ALSO  HELFUL!

Slow service... Associates seem not to care waited  45 minute for copies of bank receipts and still have to pay $5 per month for them
