Luckily I'm not a BOFA customer but I visit the Tulare branch on a regular basis because my job banks there. They are great there but at the Dinuba branch is a completely different story. I have to use the merchant side for business to make the deposit for or store. Every time I go to the Dinuba branch it's a negative experience. The teller there is rude and very unfriendly. She never acknowledges me while I'm there waiting. I can be there standing for 5-10 minutes and never does she bother to tell me that someone else will call me. She just continues to do whatever she is doing. She is not helping a customer. Even though she is the one that should be helping me, she can at least greet me and let me know that someone will be calling me rather than just ignoring the fact that I'm there waiting for my turn. All other businesses nowadays greet you...it goes a long way. I would really appreciate it if the Dinuba branch would be friendly and courteous, especially this lady that handles the business deposits that I won't mention her name but I'm sure who ever works there would know who I'm talking about.

Service is horrible! A lot of wait time. 5 people ahead of you of takes like at least 40min. No more than 2 people working here.
