I don't suggest that anyone use Bank of America because they usually have extremely long lines and are rude to you by the time you get to the counter. At least they are consistent from branch to branch. The hours of operation are make it difficult to get there when you work a full work week, not to mention spending an hour in line just to make 1 transaction because the drive through is closed half the time. Boo! step up your game Bank of America!

I love this bank for what it does. what I HATE is this branch. I wish I could post a picture of this line that I am in right now. it literally is out side the entrance door. there are 11 people behind me. two in front of me, and one person at each off the tellers. all two of them. WHY?? every time I come here o have to spend at least 45 mins in line to do my business. WHY?
