Very nice people but please stop pushing your mobile app so much. I already have it and I come to the bank for customer service so, when I ask for assistance with something please don't say, " You can just do that on your mobile app." Honestly customer service goes so much deeper than just smiling and being friendly, it's also about PROVIDING A SERVICE, not telling me to, "Just use your mobile app".
