I will never bank with this bank again....I deposited $240 into my Bank of America Account via the atm and the machine issued a receipt saying to call electronic claims but never credited my account..Called electronic claims, and they told me & the branch manager that no matter what the receipt says they have 10 business days to review the claim, so check my account for a credit around June 28th, 2017😡😡😡 I took every dime out that bank and I'm going to call national security if I have to because this bank   will not get away with stealing from me! The Branch Manager and teller advised me that this issue happens all the time and they say it's repaired but this keeps happening... that is Gross Negligence. I had just opened an account for my daughter there that day, and didn't want to go back inside so I decided to do the transaction from the atm... This is sad and then they see me posting on Facebook so they respond with here's a link to check the status of the claim...I don't need the status, I want the money you stole from me. I asked the bank manager and the claims manager to pull the security tape and review the transactions so they can see that the machine took my $240. The branch manager again stated to the claims rep & manager that they have had on going technical issue related to deposits with this Atm and asked the claims department to please help... they wouldn't and continued to repeat the law gives them 10 business days to complete a claim review.. I want my money! As I told the branch manager, your bank wouldn't give me 10 days to return money they aren't entitled to, so I'm not allowing you to get away with stealing from me.

ATM is currently broken and the sign says it will be repaired by the beginning of Nov. 2014.
