Terrible  customer service. It's a real bad look when you have employees walking around and chatting with eachother instead of helping customers.

Unfortunately I had to rate this bank at a one star if I could wouldn't rate this branch at all. Customer service at this branch is horrible didn't want to help me over the phone instead transferred the call to customer service which had me on hold for 15minutes.
