I dropped by to get a new ATM card and to make some changes in my account and Nancy did a great job of getting me taken care of. The location is great because it's wright next to Meijer and many other shopping destinations.

This branch seemed understaffed which resulted in subpar service. I didn't have an appointment to add my spouse to my account but was told someone would be with me "shortly." Waited about 25 minutes before being told that there was another appointment in 15 minutes and they might be able to "squeeze you [me] in." The representative we were supposed to meet with was discussing personal matters (i.e. Pokemon Go) with his current appointment so we left and went to the Batavia branch. They were much friendlier and accommodating. Don't recommend visiting this branch, visit the one down Randall instead.
