Horrible criminal bank that has been caught stealing valuable family heirlooms, illegally foreclosing on thousands of peoples homes, fraud, money laundering and every rotten criminal low life thing a bank can be guilty.
Not to mention refusing to accept US LEGAL TENDER for mortgage and car payments, which is not only proof of the Asian managers horrible customer service but also his and other managers complicity in fraud.

Can't defraud people if they pay cash and get a receipt ON CAMERA. But it's easy to commit all kinds of fraud, theft and illegal foreclosures if everything is done electronically. Wouldn't trust them with a dollar of my money. They'd steal a hot stove.
Especially if the economy looks bad.

Move your money to a local credit union.
Do your homework. And oh btw, Google 
Bank of America criminals or Bank of America fraud etc. Prepare to do a lot of reading.

Great Customer Service. Always fast and friendly when I am in there.

I tried to make a payment on my mortgage in cash, they refused to accept it and now I lost my home.. Homeless and on the streets.. The Asian manager needs to be fired!

The manager at this branch is very knowledgeable and the  employees are very efficient and courteous
