This place is comedy.  Long lines every day no matter what day of the month it is with only one or two tellers at a time.  WORST banking experience I have ever had anywhere, ever.  Someone should be held accountable for this.  Maybe someone should call the Better Business Bureau.

Everytime I go here their is always a line. I have to wait about an hour. Worst bank in Merced

This is by far the worst BofA I've been to. Always long lines no matter what time of the day but especially at peek hours and of course only one teller to help out.

Banking is slow here. Out of the many windows open, usually only two are open, and one is for commercial customers. I have refinanced with them, and the refinance was a surprisingly pleasant experience.

My god, this place is HORRIBLE. There's no other place in Merced that I hate as much as this Bank of America. Get more tellers and MAYBE we'll talk. My only regret ever is banking with this place. I instantly get into a bad mood when I enter the bank because I already know I have to wait a really long time before I can see a teller and it upsets me because I have other things to do. This bank is not convenient what so ever and I hope God has mercy on all their souls. jk no I don't. I literally hate this place.  I would give it negative stars if I could.
