So I walked in today at 3:45pm to make a deposit to my friends account and the middle aged, dark hair woman at the Bank of America on B street San Diego was EXTREMELY rude and snobby. I was reading the account number to her and then she told me to read it to her in increments of 2. I did as she asked and she messed up and asked me to repeat myself over and over. I didn't see what was wrong with me reading her the account number one by one in the first place.  Maybe then she wouldn't have gotten frustrated and make mistakes! To finish it off she has to sat something behind my back as I walked away. So childish. She was Teller #00006 (per my deposit receipt) on 3/7/17 @ 15:52 if anyone wants to know.   This is why I don't bank with B of A.

Just 20 minutes ago, I was there,  I was lucky to meet a gentle officer,  but she couldn't do what I need,  and redirected me to a one of three officers who set on an office, I told my self,  omg... I have to meet one of 70% of unfriendly officers work here, I set on a chair and saw a blonde officer who should take care of me (I was alone and she is the only officer who has nothing to do),  she went out of her office and close it, then started loitering and speaking with other officers in Spanish., I waited five minutes then went home (I was exhausted). I work 16 hours a day and never was lazy for one minute,  while I am working. 
These people never deserve their salary. And nobody should blame them.. Maybe there is no control on them. 
My problem that I like bank of American.. But I am not  gonna leave it because of some bad officers.
