In 2006 I opened an account in this branch and the staff were all warm and courteous I got what I needed and stayed with the bank since then. Thank you for your good service.

I typically bank with another bank due to our options with that bank.  It is very hard for me to continue after receiving such wonderful service from Felicia.  She goes above and beyond.  The rest of the staff are wonderful as well.  Highly recommend Stafford Marketplace Bank of America and Felicia Howard.

Every time I go in, they are wonderful. The customer service is fantastic from the greeter to the teller to the manager.  They are very good about respecting my time.  Always have a kind word.
