They closed the Pismo Beach branch then got rid of half the staff at Arroyo Grande. Wait times are awe inspiring. The merchant teller is rarely open even though it says it is supposed to be. We use branches all over the State for our business and service is not much better no matter where we go. Used to be the go-to bank for business but not any more. We recently opened a Wells Fargo account and usually walk right up to a teller with zero wait time or at most a couple of minutes. It is apparent they really dont care about the customer experience. They are losing our business.

Worse wait times ever!! Not just some days. Every day!! There is usually only 2 tellers while others sit there and watch you like you're not their problem. Usually 15-20 ppl in line, I know supervisor has been contacted in the past but it seemed to get worse. Do your banking elsewhere.

I think their business plan is to keep customers miserable until they use the ATM & online services. I feel sorry for the tellers - such a long line of grumbling customers - and managers walking around looking superior -doing nothing. I didn't want to click on even one star - but that's the only way to post.

Very poor service - long, long wait times; more than 16 people in line. May be time to change banks.

In May 2015, I lost my wallet while on vacation. A good soul saw my Bank of America card in my wallet and delivered my entire wallet to the Arroyo Grande branch. The officer at the branch called my cell phone. An exceptional example of quick service for a client!
