Unfortunately I had to make a payment at this branch. After 2 trips there for a total of 50min travel time not one person including the branch manager apologized for the inconvenience due to the teller not following directions on how to apply my payment to my account. I called prior to arriving and spoke with a Jodi whom I never met yet she assured me everything would be fine. From the incompetent teller I was sent to the personal banker whom tried to have me fill out a form that had nothing to do with what I was there for and that's when i asked to speak to the branch manager whom finally got the situation handled after l called the 800# and questioned/received proper protocol from them on speakerphone.My home could've been foreclosed on and they didn't have a care in the world as to how much unnecessary grief/stress they caused me.
