Extremely slow service & rude tellers. I carried in over $600 in ROLLED quarters. So a bit heavy. The teller then says "it is going approx 2 weeks to credit your account while they count them" This is a business account so what choice did I have but to agree. Anyways, AFTER i place all these rolled quarters through her little window, she then calls another lady over and asks if they hand coins shipping bags and paperwork. The lady says NO we used the last one this morning!!!!! I am beyond pissed by this point. She hands me back all the coins and sends me on my way. I had to drive 20 minutes to another branch, which handled my transaction like professionals. This branch is HORRIBLE!!!

Bankers can't count money, missed one zero. Do not trust them! we have to be careful.

Understaffed but at least the tellers they do have are incredibly slow...  I walked out today because the wait would have been an hour since there were more than ten customers in line ahead of me.
