There's usually a wait to get a teller, but they have always have a couple tellers available and the wait is pretty short. It's clean inside, a bit small, but I rarely ever need to go inside the bank; there are plenty of ATMs around town and most all of my banking is done through their online banking system.

Don't go to this branch, and if you don't have an account already I'd suggest you begin at another bank. It is almost always a spectacular waste of time to stop here. They often have long teller lines and the wait for a "personal banker" to answer account questions eventually gets you to someone who can't assist you. Bizarrely, I've found that calling their telephone customer service (or using the online chat function if it will allow you) is much more likely to get a result in less time than trying to speak to a human where you live. I used to have the majority of my accounts with BofA, but as their service has declined and their arbitrary and, where possible, sneaky fees have steadily risen I have switched nearly all of my accounts to other providers - all of them so far better.

Worst bank ever. Messed up my rent payment three months in a row. You ask two people the same questions and get different responses. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!

Every time I come is amazing, the customer service was excellent every time and the staff are always friendly and helpful no matter what.

It takes at least 20-30 minutes to get an actual person on the phone here and once you do, they don't know what they are talking about. I needed to reschedule a appointment and was told it was all taken care of and rescheduled by an employee at this location, only to receive later notice that my other appointment had not been cancelled, the rescheduled appointment wasn't even really made and they can't even do it for another 3 weeks. Their very poor customer service means we will take our business elsewhere.
