I am only giving a star because its making me to write a review, I literally hate this bank! Everyone here is so rude (except one teller and one banker) and never willing to help or go out of the way for customers.every single time I go in this branch they only have one teller available. I literally want to close my whole account just because of this one branch!

God forbid I need to call during my lunch hour. " we're sorry all representatives are busy assisting customers....press 5 to make an appointment" then hangs up. Called four other B of A locations and received the same result. Really BofA... hire more people. I just wanted to check the progress of a return. I have a auto loan through them and they double drafted my car payment for the last two months and can't explain to me why. They will return to two extra payment via check in the mail. I feel like I will have to baby them and hold their hand constantly or I won't get my money back. Plus they fee you for eevveerryyytthhiinng. Oh I see you walked into the lobby, there's a fee for that..... oh you're breathing out air guess what... cha ching.
